A place I share helpful things I have found along the way.
Spirituality:
Eckhart Tolle: A personal favorite, I have linked his YouTube channel, and his book below. The Power of Now audiobook is highly recommended for anyone interested in spiritualism. Eckhart narrates the book himself, which makes for an intense and life altering experience.

Anna Brown: Love Anna’s perspective, and recommend checking her out as well.

Michael Singer: Another good book on spirituality, with a different use of language (pointers) which may resonate better for some than those I mentioned before.
Relationships:
The Personal Development School: Thais Gibson uses attachment theory and subconscious reprogramming to teach us how to have better relationships.

Hearts in Harmony, from Katie and Gay Hendricks: An excellent look into the challenges and struggles found within relationships, which turns the reader back to themselves, to see how our ability to love and accept ourselves is central to our ability to love and accept others.
Autism / ADHD:
Orion Kelly: This guy does a great job of explaining what life is like on the spectrum.

Autism from The Inside: Another great channel for Autism knowledge, awareness, and strategies for those on the spectrum. Paul does an excellent job.

Olivia Hops: Olivia’s channel is a great place to start for women who are on the spectrum or suspect they or one of their loved ones are.
